The Oasis team reinstalled the ceiling drywall in our kitchen and dining room. Rick was very responsive in getting us a fair quote and his team was able to start the job within a few days. The team was on time every day and did a wonderful job. Rick checked in with us every step of the way. When life got busy for me during the process I did not need to worry about the project because they showed they were professionals and had everything under control. They also did great job protecting our kitchen and disposed of trash and materials offsite. Would definitely recommend.

Oasis Builders helped me fix a leaky window which resulted in water damage. They also replaced the damaged portions of the wall and the laminate flooring. Rick was very prompt and upfront with his quote. Mark and Kevin were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am going to call on them for additional work in the near future and would highly recommend them for general contract work.

Project: Paint the master suite and one wall in the garage (took them about 3 days on a 6 hs schedule). Oasis Builders was a great company to work with. They've sent Mark and his helper Harrison who were both very pleasant, respectful, and hard workers. Mark is a great painter, very clean, and detailed oriented. That said, there were a couple of things that I wish were different, their workday was from 8 am to 2-2:30 pm, and because I was in a little rush to finish the project, leaving that early was an issue for me. The other thing is that they didn't prep with blue tape (that was very bizarre for me because I've never hired a painter who didn't first blue taped, but also never hired on a p/h basis), even though there was no tape they were very clean, the issue here is that to be able to be clean and not make a mess, you have to do everything very slow, and when the client is paying per man/per hour that becomes a problem. In their defense, it also took longer because I was changing from a dark color to a lighter one, and I have a few Califórnia shutters in the way. Overall I believe Mark's work is top quality, and would definitely hire him again, but perhaps on a flat rate basis instead of p/h and with a better-trained helper. Harrison is a great kid but his cutting was very slow and he couldn't keep up with Mark, maybe he would have if there had been a better prep.
