What I had Blue Crow do: - Baseboard replacement - Wall and trim painting - Apply vinyl plan to small wall - Install light fixtures - Add already constructed frame to a bathroom mirror - Replace bi-fold doors Why they were great: - They showed up when they said they would. - They kept the floor protected and were as clean as possible - They figured things out when there was an unexpected issue - Their work was top notch - it's not easy to get a clean line between two walls with different colors but they did it - Dan provided great input on lighting I feel so more relaxed about other projects I want to do because now I have a reliable company to call and I don't have to go through so much research. In February 2022 I hired Mark Bryan of Molding Solutions to replace crown moldings in my home. When I requested an estimate from him he promptly set up an appointment to come see my home and provided me with a reasonable estimate for the work. He was able to fit me into his schedule which helped me accommodate a painting contractor who also needed to be in my home around the same time. He was very proactive with regard to seeking competitive pricing for the moldings as there were supply chain issues complicating availability. He arrived on the scheduled day and promptly went to work painting, cutting and installing the new crown molding. The term that comes to mind with Mark’s work is ‘old world craftsmanship’. He takes great pride in his work and the results clearly show that. I highly recommend Mark.

Santana did our condo lobby today installing crown molding and 5 1/4" baseboards. Wow! What a difference. He is very hard working, did the job by himself, looks awesome and the price was very reasonable. Hard worker, all cuts perfect and he even swept and cleaned up after himself, left the condo looking spotless. I could not be happier. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
