How do I find someone to fix my sprinkler system?

You can find a sprinkler repair professional by conducting a little bit of online research. This gives you access to their ratings and customer reviews. Some customers will even submit photos of their sprinkler systems that were fixed by the pros. But before you hire a professional, contact them. Ask them questions about their expertise, tell them about your sprinkler problem and request free cost estimates.

How do I increase water pressure in my lawn sprinklers?

Figure out why your sprinkler has low water pressure and determine if you need to make any repairs. There could be an issue with the valve, a leak or the sprinkler heads may need cleaning. If the water pressure is low in your house as well (check your water pressure regulator), the problem may be with the municipal water supply.

Why won’t my sprinklers pop up?

Several problems can prevent sprinkler heads from popping up. For example, here are a few possible culprits:

  • The valve is partially closed.
  • There’s dirt, sand or debris between the sprinkler’s cap and riser.
  • There's low water pressure.
  • There are leaks in the water line.

Contact a pro to help you diagnose the problem and repair it.

Why is one sprinkler zone not working?

One sprinkler zone could be malfunctioning for several reasons, although the most obvious one — a closed valve — is often the culprit. Check to see if the main system valve is closed. It’s easy to forget to turn this back on after repairs. Other causes for failed sprinkler zones are electrical issues within the valve, timer, wiring or solenoid. A common reason is a bad connection that needs to be re-soldered.

Repaired the damaged system and replaced a few sprinkler heads. Took longer than expected to find a replacement unit but overall did a good job.

Quang is professional, punctual and reliable. Repaired my sprinkler system and communicated with me the exact problem and what he had to do. Also took the time to explain the entire sprinkler box to me. Will be using him for several more projects in the near future.

Hi, I hired these guys 02/13/18 to initially install a new check valve on the pipe leading into the lake for my sprinkler system. Upon turning on the system we noticed a leak where a palm tree was removed a few days ago. Come to find out, the guy that removed the tree, cracked the PVC pipe in several places. After getting the necessary parts from the store, the pipes were repaired/replaced. The system was then turned on again. The flow to the sprinkler heads to one of the zones was minimal; some didn't even work. The sprinkler heads were removed and flushed out as it's been awhile since the system has been turned on. Also, the broken PVC pipe caused dirt to get into the pipe and flow to the sprinkler heads. So far, to date, everything is working great and now my grass is greener and has less weeds thanks to my new lawn service that I hired a few months ago. I would recommend these guys to a neighbor or anyone.

Derek is really amazing. He reached out soon after I added my project to the site. He arrived the next day and quickly knew what needed to be done. Knowing nothing about sprinkler systems, I was worried it may be costly, but Derek put me at ease with his professionalism and care. He showed me exactly what we needed, nothing more, and provided a more-than-fair estimate. We scheduled for him to complete our repair the next day, and he was right on time with everything he needed. Our system was up and running in less than 2 hours. Thanks so much Derek! Our grass and our neighbors will be thanking you too!!
