- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with in any budget. I am a small business and have very little overhead and I will help a customer shop to find the most affordable or extravagant requests that I can assist with. My goal is to make and keep my customers happy and develop long term relationships and provide the best service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone call and schedule a meeting to go over the customers needs to give an accurate quote. I can also do face time or whats apps or facebook messenger virtual showings or you may send pictures of your project and I can estimate the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am from Venezuela originally and learned how to do this work in the City of Boca Raton for 7 years as an irrigation tech 1 for the City starting in 1996. I then went on in 2003 to start my own business and the average length of relationships I have with my current clients is 7 to 15 years. I have never had a client unhappy with my work and have never had a claim against my insurance, but I do have insurance.
