Majestic Marble is knowledgeable, timely, very clean while doing the work, and reasonable with their prices.Majestic Marble Care refinished my kitchen cabinets, restored the tile flooring on the entire first floor, and installed the kitchen countertop. The transformation looks incredible!!! Majestic Marble Cares team went beyond and above my expectations, my experience was enjoyable and painless. The team and owner are very professional and reliable. The coordination with all the work was impeccable, making our experience manageable while the work was being performed as we stayed in the house through the process. They are so fast and good at what they do that during the restoration there was minimal disruption to our daily life, this was important since we have two young kids.Thank you Majestic Marble for the beautiful work, our house looks brand new and done in a blink of an eye! Amazing work all done in a few days!

After owning a white marble table for almost 3 years + a home with 6 kids, we decided it was time to get it polished and sealed. I read the wonderful reviews left for Majestic Marble Care- Ray and contacted him to get a quote.There were so many etch marks and rings on the table after many years of use but after Ray was done working on it, it was like new. I couldn't be more happier with his service and efficient work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge a fee for estimates and make every effort to work with customers' budgets. Our pricing depends mainly on the condition of the area to be treated and the size/square footage but can also include factors such as furnished vs not furnished. We also offer financing through Wisetack - subject to credit approval.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an evaluation appointment where an experienced technician analyzes the area to be treated and provides a free estimate. Customers also get access to our customer portal where they can view and approve estimates, make payments, and request additional work. At the end of every job, a customer care specialist follows-up to ensure that expectations have been properly met or exceeded. Customer feedback is vital to our ongoing commitment to provide excellent service.
