In-Ground Swimming Pool Construction

I tried to unclog my return lines myself for a week. It took him half an hour. Then he labeled my returns and offered to get the pool cleaned. He was not aggressive and quite informative. His prices were reasonable for the job he does.

Swimming Pool Cleaning, Maintenance, and Inspection

My pool was green mess! My previous pool company neglected the weekly maintenance agreement. I read the reviews for Palm Beach Pool Doctor and decided to call for service. Palm Beach Pool Doctor worked diligently and brought my pool to sparkle! This is by far the best pool company I have ever hired!

Thank you very much for your review. Phosphorus is an issue that every pool company deals with. In your case it came from a large amount of landscaping debris that was in the pool each week. Some companies choose to shock the pool which means you're putting a lot of chemicals in the pool that can destroy the algae and bacteria. Unfortunately the food source of algae is not removed when you shock the pool. This food source tends to accumulate over time. Tapwater, landscape debris, heavy use of the pool, water running off The roof or pool deck can elevate the phosphate levels very quickly. Once they get high shocking doesn't work anymore. All you're doing is deteriorating the plaster and destroying your equipment with high chemical levels. The algae bloom comes right back once the chemicals subsided. I hope everything is well in this new year enjoy the pool in the summer.

Swimming Pool Cleaning, Maintenance, and Inspection

Adam promptly quoted me a price for the service I requested. When he arrived he went right to work cleaning the pool, filters and spa. He also made several helpful suggestions and fixed a problem I was having with my pool motor. All in all a great experience and I look forward to using his services for many years to come

Adam has been taking care of our pool for several months now. His service is reliable and very good. I like him brushing the tiles after each pool cleaning.

Swimming Pool Repair

I had no water flow to my pump and could not get a prime. I also wanted to get my pool light replaced. Adam came and thoroughly explained the problem with my pump, which was very helpful since I have no experience with pool maintenance. He also determined my pool light did not need replacement, as the issue was with the breaker. He easily could have replaced the light and charged me, so I definitely appreciated his honesty and knowledge.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing at our store is competitive. If you see prices at other stores or in advertising you can bring them in and we will adjust our prices accordingly. Our prices for pool service are right in the middle. We do not under charge and we do not over charge according to industry standards.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am the owner and I normally go out to meet with the customer first discuss with them any issues they may have with their equipment or their pools and also try to target why they did not want to keep their old pool service then we keep that in mind when we service their pools.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am CPO certified which is a national certification. I am with the Better Business Bureau for a number of years now. I am fully insured and licensed.
