My experience with Mr. Collins has been positive overall. Although I was reluctant to file my taxes remotely, he was very patient and professional with me and assuage any anxiety I had regarding the remote nature of the work. Moreover he knew much about international tax laws as it pertained to my case and did not hesitate to reach out to me for any unclear points. I offer Discounts for referrals. Single customers and with just a W2, with Income below $75K and Seniors, will be $125
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone interview, explain my process, provide them with a link to upload the support documentation into my Secure File system that is linked to my software. Customers will have access to their Return and Support Documents at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Multi-Billion dollar corporations preparing Federal, State and International returns, preparing Global Provisions and General Accounting tasks as well. I have experience with Sales & Use tax, Property tax.
