- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Discounts for referrals. Single customers and with just a W2, with Income below $75K and Seniors, will be $125
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone interview, explain my process, provide them with a link to upload the support documentation into my Secure File system that is linked to my software. Customers will have access to their Return and Support Documents at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Multi-Billion dollar corporations preparing Federal, State and International returns, preparing Global Provisions and General Accounting tasks as well. I have experience with Sales & Use tax, Property tax.
