- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $99 but does increase based on the complexity of the return, the number of W-2s, Earned income Credit, and other matters. But we are very fair in our billing and promise you may not find tax preparers as qualified for much less than our fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients come in and start by completing a brief form. We then sit with them to review the information, asking questions to get the most information for a proper tax return and lowest tax possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have registered with IRS for their PTINs. They are at a minimum Bronze Qualified Liberty Tax preparers and we do have 2 CPAs on staff. And our folks are not content to just rest ... they continue to do independent research and take IRS tests to further their knowledge and skills.
