Noel did a brilliant job cleaning both our sofas and carpets. He listened to our requirements and met them in full. And took pride in delivering the best results.

I first contacted Noel in November by email and he was prompt to return my message with a phone call. I explained that I needed to wait until Jan. after the holidays and he was very polite, said that worked for him and gave me a very reasonable quote to clean two bedrooms. I called him back when I was ready and he was out here the next day. Noel is very professional and a genuine nice guy. He cleaned my carpet better then I have ever seen carpet cleaned! For the first time ever I feel like the carpet is really clean. I'm impressed with the method and machine he uses, it does not soak the carpets. He has some kind of magic cleaning solution that gets even old pet spots out. I will never call anyone else to clean my carpets and will refer him to all my friends. :-D

Noel did a fantastic job on our off-white carpet. He got all the spots out that included wine, coffee and other beverages. I will definitely use DryTouch for our next cleaning and this time will not wait 1 1/2 years to get the carpet cleaned. Thanks Noel for a job well done. Oh yes and it dried within a couple hours except the heavy traffic areas took longer but no issue with that.
