Bellwether Woodworkkng did exceptional work. From the first call to the finished work Mark was very professional and made some great choices of which mde our decisions easier with the kitchen crown project we presented to him. Mark is very experienced and we valued his input and knowledge. I highly recommend him and you will not regret working with him. He was everything and more than what we expected.

If I could give negative stars, I would, but Thumbtack only allows one star. At no point before the visit was I informed there would be a $250 estimate fee. It was never mentioned in our messages, and I could not find it clearly disclosed on the Thumbtack profile either. After coming out for the estimate, there was immediate pressure to put down a deposit, starting at $500, along with repeated calls throughout the day even after I explained I was in meetings and needed time to think. When I later decided to hold off on the project, I was then told I owed a $250 estimate fee, which was never clearly communicated upfront. There were also comments made during the interaction, including referring to me as “Poonjab,” which is clearly a racial comment and very unprofessional I believe customers should be clearly informed of all estimate or consultation fees before scheduling an appointment.
