- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always provide my new customers with 10% discounts, and I invest in them by adding referral discounts as well...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it a point to ask questions and listen. I usually will repeat parts of the conversation to help me understand and let my customers know I am listening. I will walk around with them, so they can show me exactly what they need and expect from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Environmental Science and an MBA in information systems.
