Ron came out to our house and treated for ghost ants. He was very professional. We worked on removing the ants ourselves for weeks with no luck. He followed the trail through the house and to the outside. He treated the trail outside keeping the chemicals away from my children's reach. The ants were gone by the next day. We are also switching our termite protection to Hannan. They use a termite sniffing dog to check for termites. The last company we had found termite wings near a door to our house and told us we had to tent and treat the whole house. There was no sign of the termites in the attic above the door and we have a block wall home. I removed the door and trim and did not find any termites. Termites were attracted to the outside light by the door. The dog would have saved me the trouble and worry.

Ron is fantastic at what he does! He is very honest, trustworthy, and fair; never quoting on what he wants to sell you, but on what you actually need done for the specific problem. Most other pest companies come out and inspect the property and then schedule another person to come back at some random time and do the work. Not Ron!!! He treats the problem on the spot, no waiting around wondering if the pests will multiple by the time someone comes back. I was worried I had a bad termite problem with my wood frame house and instead of scaring me into tenting the house, he was able to treat the subterranean termites on the spot!! Instant results with Ron! You can be rest assured that he will take care of your pest problem before he leaves and will follow up to make sure that the treatment is working. If you're tired of being just another stop crammed into someones schedule, then call Ron and rid yourself of the pests!!

We had a potential rodent problem in the attic and flies started appearing in the house. We were extremely concerned so we called Ron in to investigate and solve the problem. Ron showed up on time, cleaned up the mess immediately and set out to trap for any new rodents. He went a step further to do an inspection of the premises and recommended and executed some fixes to stop them from getting back in. Within a few days it was all over and no more rodents have been seen since. That was 3 months ago. Very professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend you contact Ron if you even suspect there may be a problem.

Residential-Our pricing is based on size of home and lot. We do every other month services unless right on the beach or water, then we suggest every month. Prices range from $55 to $100 for services. Initial start up treatments range from $125 to $200+ These prices are for annual agreements only. One time treatments are, by the job estimates and have a 30 day guarantee.
