Hello I am Eric Reynolds owner/operator of Eric's Floor Care. I have been in the floor cleaning business for over 20 years. I learned early on, unfortunately that bait and switch is common practice in my industry. I also learned that "gimmicks" and catchy advertising are no match for basic science in cleaning/soil suspension. My cleaning is per IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) training

Eric did a great job cleaning our carpet. We've used various carpet cleaning companies before and weren't satisfied with the results. We were very satisfied with Eric Reynolds and will use him again in the future.

Eric did a great job cleaning our carpets! I did not believe the older upstairs carpet could ever look good again but Eric gave it another year or two of life. Also, while he didn't make any promises, he was able to to fully remove a wine stain on our new, cream colored bedroom carpet. It looks like new again. I will be recommending Eric to everyone I know.

Eric did an excellent job of pre-treating and then cleaning my carpets and a sofa. I had some pet stains that he was able to clean. I plan to call Eric again when I need the carpets or upolstery cleaned
