Hello I am Eric Reynolds owner/operator of Eric's Floor Care. I have been in the floor cleaning business for over 20 years. I learned early on, unfortunately that bait and switch is common practice in my industry. I also learned that "gimmicks" and catchy advertising are no match for basic science in cleaning/soil suspension. My cleaning is per IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) training

Eric Carpet Care - Important to me is arriving on time per scheduled arrangement, quote matches actual cost and quality of work. Eric delivered on all three. Eric arrived promptly at the scheduled time. After review of the areas to be cleaned he provided the total cost of the work in that moment. I was very pleased that the original price quotes/estimates provided in the bid and the final cost of the work matched. There were no surprises or hidden costs. Carpets look great! Thank you.

Eric was on time and very friendly. We had him clean a couch we bought from a smoking home. He was very honest that depending on how deep the smoke had penetrated, he might not get 100% of the smell out. While it's not odor-free, I will say it's MUCH better than it was! He was very affordable and we might hire him again to do our carpets!

I had Eric clean 4 bedroom carpets as well as grout work in the kitchen and utility room. The one carpet that had stains came out looking almost new. You can't even see where it was almost black from dirty shoes and some small pet accidents. The grout work was amazing! I didn't know I had light grout, it was brown before he started and showed me the process and literally went brown to light grey before my eyes. I made sure to seal the grout after he was done so it lasts. I would hire Eric's Carpet Care again, well priced for the work done.

Eric responded quickly and came out to give us a quote to clean and seal the kitchen tile and grout..Price was great and he was able to do it right then. He was also able to do some carpet cleaning we needed at a great price. Very pleased!
