FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects professional-grade work, using only licensed and fully insured trades. Dan Perry Construction is a licensed general contractor, and every trade partner we work with is properly credentialed and insured. We don’t cut corners or compete by underpaying workers or engaging in illegal payroll practices—your project is 100% covered, above board, and done right. We’re competitive and fair because we manage efficiently, not unethically, and we believe peace of mind is part of what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Dan Perry Construction, we start every project with a conversation to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we provide a clear, detailed estimate and walk you through our process—whether it's a custom home build, renovation, or storm repair. Once you're comfortable, we handle permitting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to keep your project on track. Our background in construction management ensures your experience is professional, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve been a licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts for over 20 years and have spent more than 15 years in senior management roles, overseeing over a billion dollars’ worth of residential and commercial construction projects. Now as a licensed General Contractor in Florida, I bring that same level of expertise, professionalism, and leadership to every project I take on.
