What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has its own cost and we always announce it before starting work. If we are unable to give you a cost based on the information you provide , we will come to you and provide a free estimate of the cost of the work and materials needed, even if it a small Job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects that can be completed during our first visit, we'll take care of them right away. These may include tasks like repairing floors, installing shelves, fixing doors, installing knobs and locks, repairing drywall, replacing screens, assembling furniture, and so on.
When it comes to larger projects, we'll arrange to meet with you at your location to discuss all the project details. After our consultation, I'll provide you with an estimate for the job. Once we've agreed on the terms, we'll schedule a time to begin the project. Typically, projects that require more than three days to complete will begin within one to two weeks from the initial consultation
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers, including homeowners, renters, and small businesses. Private clients often need assistance with minor repairs and home improvements
