FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed on the Cutting Loose website. When you come in for a haircut, if you refer a friend, your next haircut will be 50% off and your friends haircut will be 50% off as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with my guest to find out what they are looking to do with their hair and together come up with a plan to achieve their desired look. Pictures of your hair during the time of the consultation are key to our successful communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to cosmetology school in 1986 to get my license and trained as a platform artist, educator with a product company. I then went to New York to assist the best in the industry working as an assistant to Louis Licari and Oribe before being asked to be one of the first hairstylist in the Oribe South Beach, Florida location. Training for years has given me the experience I need to handle every hair situation if I am the right stylist for the client. I also worked for many years with photographers on photoshoots as a make up artist and hairstylist where time is of the essence. This trained me to give my clients an appropriate timeframe for their future hair appointment together.
