I speak Russian, English and Kyrgyz languages. Important: Scope of Work To ensure all work is completed safely and legally, I do not take on projects that require specialized state or local licenses. This means I do not perform major electrical work, HVAC/air conditioning servicing, large appliance repairs (like refrigerators), or structural lanai and pool cage work. If you are unsure if your task falls into these categories, just ask! My Core Services Include: • Doors: Installation and repair (interior and exterior), bi-fold closet doors, and emergency lockout assistance. • Mounting & Installations: TV mounting, general mounting (art, mirrors, shelves, decor), cabinet installation and hardware, closet and shelving systems. • Basic Updates: Light fixture and chandelier swap-outs, ceiling fan installation, air vent and register replacement. • Carpentry & Flooring: Interior trim installation (baseboards, crown molding, window trim), flooring installation and repair (laminate, tile, and more). • Home Maintenance: General handyman services and «to-do» lists, furniture assembly, painting services, and window/patio screen replacement and repair. • Specialty Services: Full-day personal concierge and assistance, secure document and parcel delivery.
