- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We carry full business liability insurance and are registered with the counties we operate within.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially the quote is bid based on information given by the potential customer. Then, if any additional information is required, photos or a more in depth description will be requested. For projects that take more than 4 hrs. I will setup a meet and greet to introduce myself and review the work in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience in residential, commercial electrical, and 4 years in residential construction, coupled with Certifications in both trades.
