They just… stopped showing up. They were scheduled to come twice monthly, we’re great for a year (only reason why it’s not a 1-star review) but sadly after 11 weeks of excuses, we finally got the memo that we needed to just find someone else. At first, it was a medical thing (we always understand medical and family delays!), then it was weeks of “Hey we’ll be over tomorrow!”, then it was “We moved 40 away”, and finally the most recent excuse was “a big project that took them 3 weeks to complete”. As a client, I wish they valued us enough to say “Hey we live too far to service you now” or “We appreciate the business but can no longer service you”. Our lawn looked awful for months because we were strung along . They are kind young people but I hope they learn to communicate/honor their previous agreements instead of scrapping them/leading established clients on when something bigger comes along.

It was really nice to work with a business that did not try to upsell hard and getting the work done was quick and efficient. A&J were very responsive and I appreciated that I didn’t have to talk to a salesman who wanted a 20 minute conversation about all the other services offered. I just needed someone to take care of my grass - I asked and this company responded. Thank you!

Asked to do lawn based off criteria. Asked for address to verify estimate. In the end the cost was almost doubled even though there was nothing different than the original request. Communication was poor and didn't seem to want to help you except to gouge you out of money. Will never work with this company.
