Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Lose weight and feel better at EdenCultures. I am university educated in exercise science with 17 years of exercise experience, 6 years in natural health, and some clinical experience. I am passionate about helping others optimize their health through simple steps that I encourage taking, one at a time. I will act as an exercise coach, give nutrition and home shopping advice, and help you make better choices about your health with lifestyle coaching. I also love music and have a small in-home studio. I would love to coach you on performances or prepare you for auditions; even help you record a demo.

The editor of Eden Cultures, Heather Day, has an abundance of knowledge from health and nutrition to supplements and exercise. I have leaned on and taken her advice on many occasions and to this day I use information she has given me for the benefit of my health, my children's health. Her wealth of information about consumer affairs and political statutes and proposals has opened my eyes in a number of areas. If you want food for thought, you are in the right spot. If you are tired of the old ways of doing things in this country, this website will become a staple for you. Heather never stops learning, she has a strong desire to be as informed and proactive as possible in her life. I am so glad she has started this site so that more people can benefit from Heather's research as much as I have. She is a hard worker and an honest soul who truly cares about the good of others. She works with integrity and passion, I have seen it time and time again. I have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you look for a personal trainer with a solid education. Many trainers take one weekend class or online certification and are not familiar with the clinical aspects of physical fitness. Many trainers are also promising extreme results that could result in your injury.
