Jean was exceptionly nice, professional, and very kind to my Julia. i felt bad because Julia had fleas and i swear i hadn't noticed. Jean was very understanding and great with my stupidity. i still feel horrible but have rectified the flea problem with home, yard and dog treatments. i will definitly be using them in the furture.
