- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our relocations are simply priced by the hour. We also offer free in-home estimates with flat rate prices. We always run monthly specials, so give us a call today to see what is available this month. We offer discounts to military and senior citizens as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our clients, new and repeat, are treated with the same amount of professionalism and respect. Our background tested, drug tested, licensed, bonded and insured moving specialist are the best in the business. We always encourage in-home estimates for the benefit of the client, especially new clients, so there are no surprises with pricing. A flat rate quote is the best way to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Florida State University with a finance degree in business. My family has been involved in the moving and relocation industry for over three generations spanning back into the 1970s. We are constantly learning and training as business owners and managing partners. Our industry is constantly changing and we try our best to stay in the front of the pack. Between technological advances, advertising changes digitally and logistic changes, we are consistently mold in our business to stay in front of the group.
