James is a joy to work with. He recently did a number of lite-duty tasks on our 40 year old condo including hanging a ceiling fan, attaching plastic conduit for the electrical cord, replacing a cracked windowpane and several electrical outlets, and attaching child safety straps to a tall book case. He was familiar with local places to purchase supplies we needed. He is friendly and a hard worker and I really appreciated the help.
