- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge 50% of the 1st month's rent for a finding a tenant and 10% of the monthly rent in management fees per month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Gulf Coast are members of the National Association of Property Managers and the Vacation Rental Managers Association. We attend 10 education events a year including 2 National Courses. I believe my staff and customers benefit immensely from this education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a property owner/investor who became frustrated by the lack of quality property managers in the area. I founded Gulf coast in 2003 and we have not looked back since.
