My first property manager did not truly manage my property. She found me a tenant, who renewed twice and she charged me a full month's rent to renew the lease! Never again! I spoke with Paradise Palms and they are far more affordable, and have communicated with me about my property more in the 3 months of their tenure than my previous manager did in 3 years!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Paradise Palms Property Management provides all customers with a Free Home Rental Consultation. We'll schedule a convenient time to complete a brief walk-through at the property, review a detailed rental market analysis and discuss the entire process in detail.
