Flanagan's seems to be professional and very reasonable about explaining what is going on. The quality of work is way more than what other bigger companies will do for a fraction of the price.

I initially had a good experience with this pool service—they were responsive and quick to communicate when I first reached out. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast after that. They stopped responding entirely and essentially ghosted me, leaving my pool unattended.
As a result, my pool developed significant algae growth, which could have been easily prevented with consistent service. I had to deal with additional time, cost, and frustration to get things back under control.
I would strongly caution others to be careful when considering this company. Reliability matters when it comes to pool maintenance, and in my experience, they did not follow through.
