Introduction: We have been in business for nearly 20 years and Customer service is a top priority here at Jbs stump and tree. We strive to make sure the job gets done right and safely. We cut no corners if you are not happy then neither are we. We specialize in large and dangerous tree removal and pruning. We also keep the trees health a top priority. Although we strive to meet every customers needs we may not be the service for all. I cannot travel 30 to 40 mins away to trim 2 palm trees with that being said we have a 250.00 minimum to come out to your property to trim. However all estimates are free.

Super happy with JB and his services. Not only was he able to take down a monster of a tree, but he was able to do it quickly. (Couple hours) JB always kept in good communication with me. He always responded in a timely manner. Definitely highly recommend and I'll let the pictures do the talkin'.

Needed a large Oak trimmed and some 15 foot high schrubs trimmed back along with a palm prune. Found JB here and saw 5 stars. Requested a quote. Very very reasonably priced. Everything was done via text. Paid by Venmo. Tree, shrubs and palm look great. They did an excellent job. Even gave a military discount. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Five Stars is not enough!!! Joe and his guys are Awesome!!! In no time our tree was down. The tree and stump gone. Less than 20minutes they had the bottle brush tree removed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give senior citizens discounts and all current first responders discounts. Active military service discount. We have a 250.00 minimum so if you only have a few palm trees to trim we may not be the best fit for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a notification Or call I call the customer right back the same day. I am honest, trustworthy and very dependable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing tree work for over 20 years I work closely with certified arborists that can answer almost any questions.
