I contacted them on Friday and they replied Monday for a non-emergency leak. They do not charge a service/trip fee so they should inform customers they charge $180 for an hour, not prorated, an hour is charged no matter what if they do any job. They also are running on a skeleton crew, like many businesses are. I am happy with the quality of the repair and that was what mattered most to me.

These guys are amazing at plumbing. Very professional. Best priced guys we found. Thank you Accurate Plumbing for the new hot water heater and new bathroom. It’s quite a change from luke warm shower in an old bathroom.
