Brian got in touch with us as soon as we contacted him about scratching noises in the attic and came out right away. He professionally assessed the situation, trapped our varmint, and took necessary steps to prevent another intrusion into the attic. Brian has years of experience and knows his stuff, and takes time to explain what needs to be done. It did cost a bit more than we were expecting, but he worked several hours here in a total of 3 visits, doing what needed doing and following up completely.
