Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We provide a flat diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the repair if you move forward with us. Before any work begins, we explain the full price, parts, and labor — no hidden fees. Senior and military discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting basic information: full name, phone number, email, appliance type, model, and a description of the issue. Then we schedule the earliest available appointment and send confirmation. Our technician performs a full diagnosis, provides a clear quote, and, if approved, completes the repair on the spot whenever possible. We follow up afterward to ensure the appliance is working properly.

Our technicians are professionally trained in appliance diagnostics, electrical safety, and installation standards. We continually update our skills to match new appliance technologies and manufacturer requirements.
