Recently we moved to Bonita Springs, Florida from Chicago. We purchased a 1797 suare foot coach home in Spanish Wells that was built in 2002. It was sorely in need of some updates. I worked with Tom Frei to develop a requirements list, completely painting the interior of the coach home, removal of carpeting from the main living area and replacing it with 18 inch porcelain floor tiles. The painting was expertly done, cleaning of the old surface prime coat of paint sprayed on and finish coat in our choice of colors with roller and brush with a perfect out come. hinges, door hardware and doors were all removed for the painting process, as well as the masking or covering in plastic all other surfaces. The outcome was simply perfect! The new tile was installed in a profesional manner and the result was excellent. The tile transition joints between the existing tile and carpeting (bedrooms) was expertly done. My wife and I were extremly pleased. All work was completed in the estimated time and we were able to move in right on schedule. When the work was completed, Tom walked the jobsite and developed a "punch list" which in this case was relatively small because the workmanship was so good. We would highly recommend doing business with SCQ Inc., you will not be disappointed. There are no negative things to say regarding SCQ's performance.

Tom has worked at our home for over 8 years. He is very professional and has an amazing attention to detail. He is honest, always punctual and very much an asset in helping to keep our lovely home in top form.

Tom was recommended by our homewatch service. He repaired our front door and refinished the cabinetry in our summer kitchen. He checks our home thoroughly throughout the summer months using a thermal imaging device looking for signs of moisture. He is thorough, honest and very professional. The quality of his work is excellent. I'm so glad we found Tom!

Tom has done work for me for 10 years, such as replacing all windows and doors that are impact, fixing a leak in the roof and other misc. requirements around the house. all Outstanding work.

Tom Frei has done a number of jobs for me over the years. The jobs include renovating rooms, roof repair, installing wood floors, internal and external painting and replacing patio steps. In all cases we were very pleased with the subcontractors SCQ arranged and to Tom"s oversight and attention to detail.It must be a function of his Swiss background.
