They were very friendly and worked efficiently. Although, they weren't able to make the original appointment time they rescheduled for first thing the next morning and showed up on time. I had a couch and 2 rocker recliners cleaned, and they came out looking very good. I would recommend them.

Yolanda and her partner did an excellent job! They worked hard to remove stains from two light beige couches, and bedroom and stair carpets. After the couches dried I could see some stains left on the arms. They returned the very next day and got everything out. I will definitely use J and M again!

Our loveseat and ottoman had gotten pretty gross while our cat was battling a respiratory infection with lots of sneezing. J&M were here in a day, and did a fantastic job clearing off all the gunk and fur, even in the tufted areas of the loveseat. Both pieces look new and fresh again, and I'm so glad we don't need to replace the furniture! Thank you to the team for their great work.
