- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced based on either the number of rooms, the total square feet of the job, or the man hours involved to accomplish the task. Our pricing is very competitive and all work is performed by experienced-certified technicians and not some kid on commission. We love what we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are recertified annually by the IICRC, the world's most recpected certification body for textile professionals. They also attend vendor sponsored training classes on a wide variety of subjects concerning: customer service, stain removal, fiber identification, carpet repairs, water restoration techniques and odor control methods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family started this company almost 30 years ago and carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning is all we've ever known. Our business started in Virginia and moved to SWFL in 2005.
