Our AC stopped working and I called Fuse AC for a second opinion. Alexander w/Fuse was right on time to the minute (outstanding)! Alex, analyzed our issue in good time explaining the WHY of our problem in great detail. I was very impressed with how thorough Alex was to diagnose with his vom meter my board on the air handler had a short circuit on the blower relay for air handler. Alex ordered a new board after not finding it locally. Alex then came back out a day later and got us going again. I'm really impressed with Alex and Fuse! Alex thoroughly inspected our 27 year old system pointing out to me a few things my prior AC Co of 10 years service never did. Alex showed top tier system knowledge. And was very courteous and polite to us. Alex also gave me an estimate before leaving on his 1st visit. The estimate was very fair and spot on. Alex and Fuse AC have earned my trust in every way and I would highly recommend their outstanding service to anyone!!!. I will definitely keep using Fuse AC going forward with my AC.
