Brent knows his way around a computer. In less than a day he had my new hard drive installed and loaded with Window 10 for me. He gave a quick tutorial and offered his help if I needed more support.

Mr. Pcfixer came to home and picked up my computer. He was polite and friendly. Called me the same day with all of my problems. We decided not to do the repairs, as the laptop was at end of life. He backed up all my files from the computer and put them on 3 DVD disks. He then returned the laptop to my door, with the disks and a full, in person, explanation. When I need other computer repairs I will certainly call him.

Brent fixed the DC jack in my laptop computer. He ordered the part, then the day before the part came in he came and picked up my computer from my home. It was fixed good as new and back in my hands in less than 24 hours! Definitely give Brent a call if you have a computer problem!

I had dual problems: a major hard drive problem on one computer and virus issues with my wife's machine. Brent was exceptional. He was here the day after my call and in 24 hours had all the issues resolved. He is very knowledgable, thorough and explains issues in easy to understand terms. He outlined possible problems at the outset as well as potential costs. I thought his pricing was very fair for the work done. In short, I put him on my speed dial in case of future computer problems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved playing with my old 286 when they first came out. I was 12 or so at the time and i loved how easy technology came to me. Having to program your own video games in DOS was a BLAST for me!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common job is virus removal. In todays world unfortuanately virus's are a plague and they have affected everyone who owns a pc atleast once.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always do some research before hiring anyone. Ask for refferrances or work history. What certifications do they have etc.
