Alex was super helpful! He mounted my TV onto my wall, I was super clueless on what type of wall it was and he guided me through the experience. Everyone else was charging an arm and a leg for a simple job, and I felt like Alex’s price was fair! I kept rescheduling due to conflicts in my schedule and he was super understanding (no push back given!). I would most definitely use his services again!! Thanks Alex :)

Alex Marquez found exactly was wrong with the ceiling over the pool deck. Two previous workers had either missed or messed up. There was even one more surprise after he opened one area. He knew what needed to be done. Went out and got what was needed. Voila! The corner stud was replaced and sturdier than before. Within the day he and Vanessa finished an outstanding job ‼️. I wish I had met them sooner.

Mr Alex quoted me on doing on everything that need it be done in the house. From front door installation to trimming closet door for 1700.00 since I trust him I pay him before the project was completed. He did the front door for 400 and 1200 for the application of plaster to the roof in the lanai. I found that he overcharge for the project. I learned not to trust anybody and itemize the project with prizes or estimate.

The estimate provided detailed the agreed-upon work, and all tasks listed were completed as discussed. Painting was never included in the estimate, which is why it was not part of the work done. The pricing was based on our initial agreement, and I ensured that everything was completed accordingly.
