- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would make an assessment of the type of job and materials needed to perform with details or pictures. An estimate or hourly wage would then be provided or negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appropriate consultation by punctually visiting the property with a warm introduction. I give a cost estimate and time frame to the potential client. Upon approval, I work respectfully and diligently to complete tasks given while remaining to keep work areas clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of experience in new construction, commercial construction, remodeling, drywall installation (hanging, finishing, texturing). 5 years of building maintenance.
