Simple problem. Fast solution. That's 3 stars alone if he'd have just left and called it a day. But, what impressed me most was his THOROUGH troubleshooting to isolate the fault from other potential causes. This guy's a pro who comes ready for Freddie. I'm a tech troubleshooter and I understood exactly why he did what he did, because I'm pretty much the same way. The man is on point, and was very friendly and courteous to boot. Extremely solid, knowledgeable, and well-versed in contract electrical work as well as many other aspects of home improvement. Plus he charges a fair price and gives wise recommendations for things you can do yourself if you're inclined to do so. Worth every penny. This man has earned his place in my contacts list. Thank you again kind sir.
