- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the product or service you are interested in. We strive to offer competitive pricing and often have promotions or discounts available. We also want to be transparent about any fees associated with our products or services so you can make an informed decision. If you have any questions about pricing or fees, please don't hesitate to ask and we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has notified us of their interest in our services an appointment will be scheduled with the estimator to meet with the customer and evaluate the job. The estimator will draw up a contract describing the services to be completed and the customer will sign and provide their deposit. Our project manger will order the engineering and necessary materials. With the engineering in hand our admin will complete all required documents for a permit. Once the city has approved the permit application it will be posted on the job site, material will be brought to the job site, and the customer will be notified of expected day of installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold the highest license you can get in the State of Florida pertinent to General Contracting. With over 65 years in business, experience and quality is the largest distinction of our company.
