- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free quotes, depending on the job. It will be either out hourly or flat rate more times than no. It is a flat rate pricing system, but for specialty jobs, I will use an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I contact the customer schedule time for a free estimate go over a great detail of the project and complete it to satisfaction
