- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Accept all forms of payment, pay with Cash or Check and receive a 2.5% discount off the balance due! Every job will be different, even if your neighbors driveway is the same exact square footage we may have to use chemicals to get the dirt and oil up from one but not the other so it could be 2 different prices for the same size driveway. So take all variables into account once I give you an estimate and if you have any questions feel free to ask me. I try to be very transparent and up front with all customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them over the phone and get an idea of the job and what all it will entail. We will then setup a time to come by, look at the job and write out an estimate based on what I see. If the customer agrees to the work on the estimate I will ask them to sign the estimate stating they have approved the work and will collect a 50% deposit to be able to order and secure all needed materials and set a date and time that works for the customer to complete the work. Upon job completion the remaining balance will be due that same day and I will email a copy of the final invoice and description of all work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years experience doing work on rental properties, fixing any issues tenants may have as well as doing preventive maintenance.
