They did a great job deep cleaning our home before we moved in. I had not realized how dirty it really was until they started cleaning. I will be hiring again for other special projects.

I had last minute guests arriving and requested a quote on a Friday and Tonie and her team was there Monday morning! They did a fantastic job cleaning the entire house. I'm not sure what products they used but my floors have never looked so good. Unlike their name suggests, Special Projects Plus are available for every day cleaning needs as well. I will definitely hire them for my weekly cleaning company from now on. Thank you Special Projects Plus!

I can not say enough about Toni and her team. I hired her to paint the inside of my house and found out that she also does cleaning so went ahead and hired her for that as well... WOW is all I can say. We had her do a whole house clean as we were listing our house and having pictures taken. She worked with my schedule to make sure that everything was done at the right time. I could not believe how amazing our house looked after! Even our realtor was amazed. Not only did she do an amazing job but she quoted me a price and stuck to it even though the job her and her team did was worth double what we paid. We will be hiring her on a regular basis to clean our next house.

We initially hired Tonie and her crew for interior painting but ended up adding garage epoxy and basement work. She was very accommodating and professional. When the project took a little longer than expected, she added whole house cleaning for free. She and her crew makes a very great team and provide best service possible. I would hire them in future again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing we want our clients to know is the all pricing is NEGOTIABLE! For cleaning home projects we have an $80 hourly rate for our signature clean, certain items.such as inside of refridgerators, stoves, blinds and interior windows and basements are considered add-ons to their service because they take additional time during the cleaning project. All other projects are quoted as "specialty or customized projects, for example any professional painting and remolding projects. We also do all aspects of small business development and events planning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we provide a phone consultation to define the details of our clients needs. We offer free in home estimate(s) to evaluate the condition and or projects details.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of Special Projects Plus, Tonie Burgos, has 30+ years of corporate experiences. She has managed projects in all the areas that we provide the highest quality services. She and a team of experts have combined their mutual years of experience to provide a client with a one stop home beautification services.
