- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WE Now own a State Certified palm tree farm/Nursery in the NW Cape! It is hard to have standard pricing as everyones needs are different. pricing is also effected by costs of materials which generally are always going up not down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. Find out what they are looking for and pre qualifying a budget and trying to come up wih a plan that suits their needs. I try to work with people any way I can. Budget, timelines etc. Communication is key. If I cant be of help I try and let them know right up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive plumbing back ground. Started commercial lawn care and landscape work in 1987. Taught by the best in the business at a very young age. 30 plus years in the industry now I am the teacher. "Quality means doing the right thing even though no one else is watching." -Henry Ford
