First, I should let you know that I am very critical and often hard to please. I rarely write reviews, given my busy schedule, but felt James with Marathon Pool and Lawn Care deserved a great review. James is first of all a very nice guy who is honest and pleasant to deal/speak with. He has taken care of my pool for over a year and now 3 of my neighbors use him also. If I have a problem with pool he lets me know (i.e. getting low on water, time for a new filter) and when I have questions he is always available to answer them. He is less expensive than the pool company initially hired by Lennar to service the pool for my new home which is an added bonus. I appreciate the personalized service he provides, as I am a doctor living in Estero and don't have time to take care of the pool. In a nut shell, Marathon Pool provides great service at a great price so that I can enjoy swimming with the family.

James does a fine job of taking care of our pool. When we have had a problem with pumps, filters, etc., he takes care of the situation on a very timely basis. We are in our ninth year with Jim and there is an unbelievable amount of competition in this area.

Very responsive, does a great job with cutting and maintaining the lawn on schedule. Pays attention to details like spraying for weeds and being sure sprinkler heads are clear and functioning. responds to phone calls. Text messages and emails promptly. Recommend highly.
