- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system for our services is hourly. But coming to do a in home estimate makes it possible to give flat rate moves , or not to exceed prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to come do a free in home estimate with new customers . This gives both parties involved a good idea of the amount of time the move will take ,the preparation that needs to be done , and estimated prices so the client isnt in the dark about pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers , being a family owned and operated business for us means that One of the 2 owners will be on every move. So by the end of the day our customers turns into a friend. That is what we strive to do is build and keep relationships.
