We are a small business located in Orlando. July of 2009 was the very beginning of Computer Screen Investigators servicing residential customers. Our main niche was replacing laptop computer screens (We kept a large inventory of screens). A year latter we started offering solutions to small business. Our technicians are certified CompTIA (A+, Net+, Security+, Linux+ and Cloud+). References available upon request at any time. We stride for 100% customer satisfaction. The job will be done correctly and with a smile. Solving problems, especially problems that others could not resolve. Any challenge is welcomed.

The technician came down the same day I contacted him and worked on my computer until he found the issue. Once we found the problem he explained everything I needed to do to replace the broken part. Such a lifesaver!

Nicholas quickly diagnosed the problem with our server. It required an older part which he went to great lengths to find quickly and get ist shipped. Our computer was back up and running fast.

Nick listens. We have a 10 yr old computer, his company was the only company willing to upgrade our computer instead of "you need a new computer." In the future he will definitely be installing our new computer.

Try to make it as affordable and competitive as possible. Residential customers can take advantage of our flat service rate. Where businesses will get a quote prior to the work begin.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chatting with the customer to get a complete understanding of the issue. Followed up with examining the devices hardware *desktop\servers only*. If able to run a complete diagnostics and resolving the issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Computer Informatics. I have a few certificates. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, and Cloud+.
