Introduction: We are a small business located in Orlando. July of 2009 was the very beginning of Computer Screen Investigators servicing residential customers. Our main niche was replacing laptop computer screens (We kept a large inventory of screens). A year latter we started offering solutions to small business. Our technicians are certified CompTIA (A+, Net+, Security+, Linux+ and Cloud+). References available upon request at any time. We stride for 100% customer satisfaction. Nick was exceptional! He drove an hour to come to my house for the repair, was thorough and skilled, diagnosed the problem and even called later to check on how things were working! He only charged us $75 for all that he had done. Above and beyond and I will call on him for all future repairs! Highly recommend Nick and Computer Screen Investigators!!!!

Telephone System Services

I contacted Computer Screen Investigators for help with a VoIP phone system. Nick went out of his way to contact the manufacturer of the telephones to determine if the problem was with the actual phones or if it was a problem with the internet connection with the SIP server. The company that manufactures the phones does not offer customer service to end-users, but because he is an authorized seller of the product, he was able to obtain excellent communication with the company which facilitated the process. He was able to make a fairly quick diagnosis, was very, very easy to work with over the telephone and by using his remote assistance system, and very reasonable with regard to fee. There is no question but what I will contact him again for additional services both at home and the office. I am a clinical psychologist and, by definition, my work requires privacy and security. During the course ohis assisting me with the current matter, he identified some areas in which I could use some fortification! Nick is an excellent professional and I recommend him to you without reservation.

    Try to make it as affordable and competitive as possible. Residential customers can take advantage of our flat service rate. Where businesses will get a quote prior to the work begin.

    Chatting with the customer to get a complete understanding of the issue. Followed up with examining the devices hardware *desktop\servers only*. If able to run a complete diagnostics and resolving the issues.

    I graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Computer Informatics. I have a few certificates. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, and Cloud+.
