Introduction: Joshua is a Personal Chef serving Southwest Florida. Chef Josh started baking and preparing pastries with companies like Ritz Carlton and Point 57. Preferably, using organic ingredients to create Decadent pastries and fine desserts, vegan/vegetarian plates, and healthy meals with no diet restrictions. My passion for healthy cooking stems from my athletic background and past experience as a Personal Trainer. I believe a great meal can be just as rewarding nutritionally, as it can be delicious.
