- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set based on the Equiment and time I have invested so that why my pricing is where it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when starting out with a new client I will speak to them then we will set a date and time , I will collect a 50% retainer fee to hold the date and time and the remainder will be paid the day of the shoot . As per editing and turn around time it is about a week to receive your photos back and they are digitally sent to you ia email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a number of classes to grow in my work and always trying to educate myself more to keep growing and learning
