Ms. Tamara Ford contacted me via Thumbtack. She was originally quoted $300.00 for a move in clean. Ms. Ford had asked me if I could match my competitors price which I gladly did. The final quote was $205.00. A move in clean for her size home is normally priced $350. This is a savings of $145.00. I mark my prices drastically low for all my Thumbtack clients. All cleans require a walk through appointment prior to the clean to view the condition of the home. This was not completed however because Ms. Blazer was unable to take time off of work to do so. The clean was scheduled and re-schedule three different times due to the painters not completing the job on time. I graciously moved my schedule around three different times to accommodate Ms. Blazer. In doing so my employee was not able to work with me the third time the job had rescheduled. The clean was performed on 8/20/14. This unsatisfactory review comes almost two months after the job was completed. I arrived at 930a.m. on the 20th of August. I did not leave the home until 4p.m. The cleaning fee was for 4 hours worth of work. The kitchen alone took 3 hours. I worked continuously at no extra charge until 4p.m. When I arrived the condition of the home was considered to be in extremely poor shape. It had been neglected severely by its previous owners. I take before and after pictures of each job I complete and will have them for public viewing ! I will also post everything that was completed at that job site. I'm am extremely shocked by this review as I was told by Ms. Blazers parents the house looked great. I am extremely sorry Ms. Blazer feels this way. I spoke to her after I completed the job and at no time did she display to be unhappy. Never once was I unprofessional ! To accommodate Ms Blazer I gave her a discounted rate, I price matched my competitor, I worked additional hours at no extra charge and I rescheduled her clean three time graciously to accommodate her needs. I don't know what else I could have done to make this a pleasant experience. I take pride in my work. I am a very a honest, kind person and would never take advantage of anyone !
