Genelle has worked diligently to find and vet renters for our home. Each year she has used all the tools at her disposal to find us renters, even after the listing has expired. The renters she has sent our way have all been excellent and have paid their rent on time. Genelle is great at communication and responds quickly to our questions. She is professional and pleasant to deal with. She is a great link between our renters and ourselves. I would highly recommend her and her management company.

When our previous tenant with a different management company left without notice and caused some damages to the condo, Genelle helped us with cleaning and repairs of the condo and found us a good tenant fairly quickly. We live in Canada, so managing the 2 rental units we have from here is difficult. Genelle makes renting and maintaining our units much easier and less stressful.

We have worked with Genelle for several years and she has found us the best renters we have ever had. If we need to get in touch with her she usually answers the phone right away and if not she always gets back with us that day or within 24 hours.Anytime we have had a maintenance issue she has lots of great contacts who get the job done quickly , professionally 'and reasonably priced. Genelle is great with the renters . She always professional and treats them with respect . She is always great with the renters she always listens to their concerns and treats them with professionalism and respect . If there is ever an issue with their rent or any violation of the contract she will let them know that SHE DOESN'T PUT UP WITH ANY NONSENSE . " The rules are the rules" and she will Strictly Enforce Them .We have worked with other management companies but none of them "can hold a candle " to Genelle. Her rates are more than Reasonable and we don't think you will find anyone more dedicated to your properties. She will manage them as if they were her own properties.We can't recommend Genelle enough she has been a God Send to us and if you have her manage your properties you'll be as happy as we are.
